Founder · Advisory

Enterprise advisory at the intersection of mobile apps, user experience, CRM and omnichannel activation.

Founded in December 2021 to serve enterprise clients with expertise across mobile apps, CRM and omnichannel customer experience.

Engagements include mobile app audits, review and revamp of user journeys across digital touchpoints, new-business and partnership consultancy, customer-success practice design, re-engineering support and business-intelligence advice.

Work is delivered as an engagement rather than a licence: assessment, a written recommendation, then hands-on support through selection and delivery with the client's own teams and vendors.

The practice is built around the integration decisions enterprises make late and by whoever is available — identity, consent, event data, orchestration — taken early instead, in the open, with the commercial consequence stated.
